Payment Methods

We accept visa and mastercard payment in australian dollars.
Credit card payments are processed securely by eway payment gateway.
We also accept payment by direct bank deposit.

Delivery

Most orders are despatched by the following business day and many within the same day. If a product is placed on backorder we will contact you with an approximate time frame for delivery. You will also be given the option to select a suitable alternative or cancel the purchase of that item if you desire.

Once delivered to your address, all orders are your responsibility (whether or not someone is home to accept collection). If you have given us or the delivery company (such as Australia Post) "Authority to leave" you are confirming that it is safe to leave the item at your premises if no one is home, and we cannot accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage once delivered).

Please note that under Australia post rules effective from 2 April 2017, you will be deemed to have given "Authority to leave" if the post office staff member believes it is safe to do so unless you expressly opt-out. If you do not want the parcel left if no one is available to sign for it, please write "Do not leave without signature" in the comments box during checkout.

International Delivery

Local authority customs taxes, charges and regulations are the responsibility of the purchaser. Drcarl.Com.Au pty ltd will not be responsible for any extra charges or goods seized by local customs.

Pricing

Prices quoted are in australian dollars and include gst (tax).

For orders with an international delivery address the gst (tax) will be removed during checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to decline to fill or cancel any order for any reason (including in the case of pricing errors)
If we cancel an order we will advise you prior to the dispatch of goods. And refund any money you've paid in full.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% happy in any way with your purchase then you can return the goods for a full refund less the cost of postage.

Goods must be returned in original unopened saleable condition.

Goods must be received within 30 days of sale.

We will cover the postage cost for any returns that are the result of our error such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, otherwise the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to return goods, you must contact us at [email protected] prior to returning the goods to obtain approval and further instructions.
