Using Selamectin and Sarolaner, Revolution Plus For Cats paralyzes and/or kills a wide range of invertebrate parasites by interfering with their chloride channel conductance, disrupting their normal transmission. In addition to being an acaricide and insecticide, Sarolaner inhibits nerve and muscle activity in nematodes and arthropods, paralyzing and/or killing them. By blocking GABA and glutumate gated chloride channels in insects and acarines' nervous system, Sarolaner increases nerve stimulation and results in their death.
