It is not essential to conduct a heartworm test before administering Moxiclear to dogs with heartworm infections. In order to ensure a pet's optimum health, a diagnostic test for heartworm should be conducted before treatment begins.

How to use: 

• By using scissors or folding along a diagonal line, remove the tube (pipette) from the outer sachet; tear the nick at the back.
• Make sure the tube (pipette) is upright.
• Keep the contents of the tube (pipette) within the main body of the tube (pipette) by tapping the narrow part.
• The tip can be twisted or snapped back. 
• It is advisable to have the animal standing so that the application is easier. When the product is dry, replace any collars that have been removed before application. Part the hair until you can see the skin. Apply the solution directly to the skin by placing the tip of the tube (pipette) on the skin and squeezing firmly twice. Be careful not to let your pet's eyes or mouth get in contact with them.
• Record the date of treatment and repeat it monthly or as directed. The efficacy of MOXICLEAR is not compromised by shampoo treatment, swimming, or exposure to rain. Wash the animal with soap-free shampoo after using this product.
• Occasionally, hair loss may occur at the site of application. Hair will eventually grow back after a single occurrence like this.

If your dog weighs less than 25kg, apply it between the shoulder blades.

Apply the dose between the shoulder blades, between the hips, and in between when the dog weighs over 25kg.
