  • It's easy and convenient to protect your dog with Credelio Plus. In order to ensure that giving your dog Credelio Plus is as easy as possible, we have designed a small, tasty chewable tablet.
  • The Credelio Plus chewable tablet provides dogs and puppies with broad-spectrum protection.
  • In just one dose, Credelio Plus protects your dog. This means that being together does not expose you to dangerous parasites.

How Credelio Plus works

Credelio PLUS delivers monthly protection against eight parasites with just one chewable tablet. Designed for dogs and puppies, it combines two active ingredients that deliver powerful protection.

The first active ingredient in Credelio Plus, Lotilaner, is extra-purified and absorbed quickly into your dog's bloodstream, providing quick relief from ticks and fleas and ongoing protection against future infestations. You can rest assured that your dog is receiving all the nutrients he needs and nothing he doesn't.

The extra purification of Lotilaner benefits your dog in the following ways:

  • By removing what isn't needed, your dog's body will have less to process.
  • Making it easier to give smaller tablets.

Milbemycin oxime, the second active ingredient, has protected Australian dogs for over 15 years. You can help keep your dog healthy all year round with convenient, monthly treatment by preventing 3 types of intestinal worms; roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms.

Does Credelio Plus have to be given with food?

Yes. If you give Credelio Plus to your dog with food or within 30 minutes of feeding, it will be absorbed more effectively.

How do I know the correct dose for my dog?

With Credelio Plus, you can get the ideal dose for your dog based on their weight based on the size of the tablet. The correct dose for your dog can be determined by your veterinarian. The following weight ranges are available:

  • >2.8 - 5.5 kg
  • >5.5 - 11.0 kg
  • >11.0 - 22.0 kg
  • >22.0 - 45.0 kg

For greater than 45.0 kg, administer the appropriate combination of tablets.

What is the flavouring used in Credelio Plus tablets?

Most dogs will readily eat Credelio Plus as a treat due to its meat flavoring, which is composed of pork liver, barley, wheat, and soybeans.

Can I give Credelio Plus to my puppy?

A puppy that weighs over 2.8 kg and is 8 weeks of age can take Credelio Plus.

I forgot to give my dog Credelio Plus. What should I do?

Immediately redose if a dose has been missed within 14 days, and then continue the monthly dosing schedule if it has been more than 14 days. Out of an abundance of caution, check the dog thoroughly for ticks. If a tick is found, remove it and seek veterinary advice.

If more than 14 days since a dose was missed, then redose immediately with food and check your dog thoroughly for ticks. Also consult a veterinarian for advice regarding heartworm prevention and what to do if a tick is found.
