Temporarily Out Of Stock - Royal Canin Pet Food Supply Notice September 2017

Please read letter sent out by ROYAL CANIN on Monday 18th September 2017 to all onliners, vet's and pet supplies stores regarding stock availabilty.

A number of ROYAL CANIN® products, predominantly canine, are temporarily unavailable in Australia. As previously advised, you can be assured that there are no quality or food safety concerns.

We greatly appreciate the patience and cooperation of our customers. We understand the challenges created when products are not available. We have been working hard to restore supply and are pleased to advise that we are making use of air freight and fast cargo services to ensure re-supply as soon as possible.

We can confirm that impacted products will be available again from mid-October. Based on our current projections, we anticipate returning to our normal supply levels in December. Customers may also experience some temporary product unavailability of non-impacted products due to higher than usual demands.

As the needs of cats and dogs remains ROYAL CANIN®’s number one priority, we have prioritised therapeutic products for veterinary hospitals and clinics in our re-supply plan.

We will continue to work with all of our customers to manage the impacts and will communicate timeframes as products become available to order.
