When should I use Advocate flea treatments on my dog?

It is recommended that you use Advocate treatments once every four weeks. For maximum protection, Advocate should be applied consistently for at least 4 weeks after the first application.

 

What will Advocate flea treatment protect my dog against?

By applying it consistently, your dog will remain healthy for a longer period of time.

 

How do I apply Advocate for dogs?

Advocate should be applied to your dog after they have dried off completely after bathing. When your dog is standing, you can apply the treatment safely. Remove your dog's collar and squeeze the tube firmly around his neck. Once the treatment is dry, you can replace the collar.

For maximum protection, write down the date of application so you can repeat it every 4 weeks.

 

Are there any side effects of Advocate for dogs?

Side effects are not dangerous. It is possible that your dog will lose some hair at first, but this should grow back quickly.
